Agricultural vehicles and plant such as telehandlers, forklifts and skid steer loaders require thorough examination to comply with PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 ) and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) standards as required by the Health and Safety Executive, thereby reducing potential accidents.
We can arrange an engineering inspection policy that ensures you are visited by a qualified engineer to conduct a thorough examination of your equipment and provide you with an inspection certificate. Therefore, if your vehicles or plant are involved in an accident or causes injury, courts will take into account the fact that the machine held a valid certificate and could prevent you from having a criminal record. Furthermore, as these policies are subject to VAT we can provide you with an invoice so that this can be claimed back by HRMC.
